What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN (2 years construction experience required) position at Okler Roofing?
Installation of residential and commercial roofing systems, windows, doors, siding, gutters. Fabrication of sheet metal with the use of roll forming equipment to form metal roofing panels on the job site. CNC sheet metal folder to make all needed materials to order.

We are expanding our operations and seeking qualified Roofing and Construction Technicians to meet our customer needs.
· Must have a minimum of two year’s experience in the construction industry and roofing experience is required.
· We are seeking individuals to work safely at height with the ability to apply general construction/roofing knowledge and techniques to accomplish tasks assigned.
· Qualified individuals will have the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment, related to the roofing industry, including machinery such as bucket truck, dump truck, and fork lift, sheet metal brakes, trailers.
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing while having the willingness to learn, be self-driven, goal oriented and take pride in a job well done.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
