About This Opportunity
We’re seeking a bilingual Korean/English Interpreter to support our construction operations by facilitating clear, accurate communication between Korean-speaking and English-speaking team members. This role is critical to ensuring safety, efficiency, and collaboration across our jobsite and project teams.

The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision. The employee is also required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.

We’re seeking a bilingual Korean/English Interpreter to support our construction operations by facilitating clear, accurate communication between Korean-speaking and English-speaking team members. This role is critical to ensuring safety, efficiency, and collaboration across our jobsite and project teams.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Provide real-time verbal interpretation during meetings, site walkthroughs, toolbox talks, and daily coordination activities.
- Translate written documents such as safety manuals, technical drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Assist Korean-speaking team members with onboarding, training, and HR-related communications.
- Support project managers, superintendents, and trade partners in resolving language barriers that impact workflow or safety.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
- Help foster a culturally respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or industrial settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology in both languages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active jobsite environment.
