Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing leads through warm calling techniques and engaging them with compelling sales pitches
- Develop new business opportunities through targeted B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts and market research
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications during calls
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that boost lead generation and brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Enter any orders recieved in a timely and correct manner
Requirements
- Great phone etiquette, and a self motivated attitude
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software such as zoom info and quickbooks or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly
- Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism
