Education
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Electrical Construction technologies from an accredited university or college, or certification from an industry recognized technical training program.
- Other combinations of education and industry experience may be substituted for degree/certification requirements.
- Evidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.
- Five years of evidenced Electrical Construction experience.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse constituencies.
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
- Electrical Journeyman license.
- Preference given to an individual that is authorized to teach OSHA-30 general industry.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to plan, organize and fulfill complex initiatives.
- Computer skills to include electronic communications, word processing, and the ability to use specific software associated with the position are necessary.
- Ability to maintain high standards of work, initiative, commitment, ethics, professional responsibility and judgment.
