The focus of this instructional position will include teaching in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SoildWorks, Revit, CADWorx, Civil 3D, GIS, & SDS2. This will range from fundamental drafting basics to advanced design techniques and 3D printing.

Education
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university; master’s degree preferred.
- Other combinations of education and industry experience may be substituted for degree requirement with appropriate approval.
- Evidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.
- Five (5) years documented successful work experience in related industry.
- Teaching experience in Higher Education preferred.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies.
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license is required if performing the functions of the position requires the use of a personal or university vehicle.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to plan, organize and fulfill complex initiatives.
- Must be skilled in the use of appropriate software and technology related to design and drafting.
- Computer skills to include electronic communications, word processing, and the ability to use specific software associated with the position are necessary.
- Ability to maintain high standards of work, initiative, commitment, ethics, professional responsibility and judgment.
- Superior interpersonal skills—including the ability to effectively recognize and resolve complex problems in a constructive manner.
