About This Position
The Fiscal Coordinator – Budget & Administrative Operations provides financial and administrative support for budget management, fund monitoring, reporting, and organizational maintenance for all academic and administrative departments. This position assists with budget entry, financial transactions, reconciliation, and reporting activities to support institutional operations.
The position works closely with Central Services, Human Resources, and the Stillwater campus to support accurate financial records, maintain system integrity, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to support complex financial processes in a structured higher education environment.

- Bachelor's
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in financial administration, budgeting, or business operations.
- Experience working with financial systems or ERP platforms.
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in higher education finance or budgeting.
- Experience with Banner or similar financial systems.
- Experience supporting financial reporting and administrative processes.
Salary : $22 - $24
