About This Position
The Fiscal Coordinator – Academic & Revenue Operations serves as the primary fiscal and operational support contact for the College of Professional Studies and all academic and administrative departments. This position supports financial operations related to academic programming, non-credit courses, instructor payroll, procurement, travel, accounts payable/receivable, and revenue-generating activities.
The position provides high-level customer service and transactional support to faculty, staff, instructors, and external partners while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The Fiscal Coordinator prepares financial documentation, monitors program activity, supports revenue tracking, and provides analysis to assist leadership in decision-making.
This position works collaboratively with university departments, Central Services, Human Resources, and the Stillwater campus to support efficient fiscal operations and continuity of services.

- Bachelor's
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in administrative support, financial operations, or business processes.
- Experience using financial or enterprise systems.
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in higher education finance or business operations.
- Experience with Banner, AIRS, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting payroll, procurement, or accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with university financial policies and procedures.
Salary : $22 - $24
