Role Description The Escrow Closer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tulsa, OK, responsible for managing residential real estate closings from file opening through funding and final documentation. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties, and ensuring that all escrow instructions and title requirements are accurately fulfilled. The role involves explaining closing documents to parties, obtaining signatures, handling funds and disbursements in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and balancing files. The Escrow Closer will also address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to title or escrow, and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance and a smooth closing experience. Collaboration with processors, legal counsel, and other team members is essential to delivering timely, accurate, and courteous service.

Qualifications
- Experience with real estate Closings and Residential Real Estate transactions, including preparing and executing closing packages.
- Knowledge of Escrow processes and practices, with the ability to manage funds, disbursements, and escrow instructions accurately.
- Current Notary commission or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with diverse clients and partners.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with title insurance, real estate documents, and applicable state and federal regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office software and closing/escrow systems; ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Prior experience in a title company, law firm, lender, or related real estate environment is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, law, or business are a plus.
