The Opportunity
This is not a cold-calling, build-your-own-list job. The demand is already here.
Hundreds of qualified DMs hit our inbox every week off our social lead flow, plus 65,000 followers and thousands of existing contacts to work. The leads are warm. Your job is to work those DMs, set the right ones to calls, and close them. You're not hunting for interest, you're converting it.
And you get paid every month they stay. This is recurring commission, not one-and-done. Close well, retain well, and your income compounds month over month instead of resetting to zero.
We're hiring one closer to own the entire sales function, DMs to close. If you're good, this is the seat.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery and closing calls with warm, pre-booked prospects
- Work inbound DMs across all social platforms (hundreds weekly) and set the right ones to call
- Close high-ticket SEO retainers
- Reach out to existing follower base and contact list if there are slower stretches
- Run low-ticket offers for cold outreach when you want to fill gaps
- Keep a clean pipeline and follow up relentlessly
- Hand off closed clients cleanly to the delivery team and keep expectations straight from day one
- Own the client relationship, retention is your recurring paycheck
Who This Is For
- You've closed high-ticket before and you can prove it with numbers
- You sell ethically. You don't oversell, overpromise, or close someone the service won't actually help. If it's not a fit, you say so
- You run a structured call, surface the real objection, and ask for the money without flinching
- You're consultative, not pushy. You build trust fast and set expectations straight
- You're self-driven and accountable. Commission-only doesn't scare you, it motivates you
- You can work on-site in Broken Arrow, OK, full time
- Agency or digital marketing sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
