* Entry level professional. Performs assignments with standardized processes. Works under direct supervision. Resolves questions and problems within established standards and guidelines. Follows established procedures to accomplish requirements of job.
* Generate standard or custom reports for review by stakeholders.
* Assist in modifying processes or systems to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
* All other duties as assigned.
* Monitors system activity and user feedback; ensures the development of processes, tools, support materials, and training to maximize system adoption.
* Assists with HR technology or process projects, including team activities, tasks, and deliverables.
* Researches and resolves problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performs routine scheduled activities.
* Participates in the review of test results and implementation of upgrades, patches, and interface files, work with HRIS team to resolve system problems.
* Ensure routine reports and queries are developed and delivered, as needed.
* Assist with data maintenance and overall data integrity.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or other technical field, Or
* High School Diploma/GED And 2 years of analyst experience with HR Information Systems to include Human Capital Management systems administration experience
