Job Type/Salary:
- One (1) Vacancy
- Open/Close dates: May 7th, 2026, until filled
- Full-time
- Annual Salary: Up to $55,000.00 annual or $26.44 hourly, plus shift differentials (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and location)
- Primary Working Hours: 7pm-7am; weekends and holidays included.
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- This position requires the possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of appointment.
- Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds
