Crossroads Day Treatment & Residential Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Nurse Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN who enjoys mentoring others, providing exceptional patient care, and making a positive impact on behavioral health.
As the Nurse Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily nursing operations, support clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and work closely with providers to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
What You’ll Do
· Oversee medication administration and maintain accurate medication records.
· Monitor patient vital signs and document medical information.
· Assist physicians with patient exams and clinical procedures.
· Coordinate daily nursing operations and support clinical staff.
· Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
· Monitor medication inventory and order supplies as needed.
· Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
· Train, mentor, and support nursing staff.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication audits.
· Collaborate with providers, therapists, and the behavioral health team to deliver outstanding patient care.
· Promote a positive, patient-focused work environment.
Qualifications
Required
· Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Leadership mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary behavioral environment.
Preferred
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
· Behavioral health or residential treatment experience.
· CPR/First Aid certification.
Schedule
· Full-Time
· Monday-Friday (or as needed)
· Occasional on-call responsibilities may be required
