- Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional level experience in business or public administration;
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one (1) year of experience for each year of the required degree

Job Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for optimizing manpower utilization while also analyzing data to enhance social services programs. This role involves real-time workforce management, detailed data analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and data-driven decision-making
- Monitor daily workforce requirements and ensure optimal utilization of manpower
- Assign and reassign workers to different tasks and projects based on business needs and priorities
- Track and report on workforce performance and productivity
- Identify and address any issues related to workload distribution and manpower utilization
- Implement strategies to improve workforce efficiency and effectiveness
- Gather data from various sources, including social services databases, surveys, and external sources
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to social services programs and client outcomes
- Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets
- Develop data models to predict and improve service outcomes
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including social workers, program managers, and policymakers
- Visualize data to make it accessible and understandable for non-technical audiences
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making and policy development
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to diverse audiences
- Assist in the evaluation of social services programs by analyzing data on program performance and client outcomes
- Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of programs
