What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aftercare Assistant Director position at Oklahoma Christian Schools?
This position reports to the elementary after-care coordinator and the elementary school principal. The AC assistant director will monitor students in a safe, orderly, and positive after-school environment. They will assist and support the director with any duties or responsibilities as needed. They will also contribute to student behavior by helping them develop as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God.
Qualifications:
- Eighteen years of age with a high school diploma.
- Previous child care experience
- Willing to complete any courses necessary, such as CPR
- A lifestyle of biblical integrity
- A spirit of dedication, teamwork, flexibility, and responsiveness to counsel
- Acceptance without reservation of the OCS Parent Covenant, Statement of Faith, Statement on Marriage and Sexuality, Statement of Diversity, and Core Values
