The Director will provide spiritual leadership, vision, and oversight for BCM while fostering evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and student involvement in the local church.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Currently pursuing a seminary degree, willing to pursue seminary education, or completion of seminary training
- A clear sense of calling to collegiate ministry
- Ability to work effectively with college students, campus administration, local churches, and Oklahoma Baptist leadership
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
