Key Responsibilities- Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses according to schematics and work instructions
- Solder components and make repairs as necessary
- Conduct functionality tests and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Inspect assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain an organized workbench and document assembly processes
- Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling of electronic parts
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, and wiring preferred
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electronic schematics
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Temp-to-hire potential based on performance
- $18.00 Plus based on experience hourly
