Supervisory work in the maintaining and construction of County owned buildings and other County facilities. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Building Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules, assigns, allocates, supervises and participates in the tasks and work of buildings maintenance crews engaged in the repair, rework, maintenance of buildings and other County facilities.
- Schedules equipment and insures it is maintained and ready for operations.
- Responsible for job site logistics and operations, record keeping and assigns individual tasks at job site.
- Answers complaint and problems.

Requirements:
High school graduate or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
Some experience in building construction.
Three (3) years' experience in building maintenance and repair in one or more of the trades.
(A comparable amount of training, education or experience can be substituted for the minimum qualifications.)
