Program Coordinator
OKCYC provides residential treatment for youth in state custody across our Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare service lines. We are CARF Gold Seal accredited and serve DHS and OJA youth..
What you'll own
· Coordination of treatment planning: scheduling reviews, tracking due dates, ensuring plans are current and signed
· Documentation compliance progress notes, incident reports
· Security and welfare checks, and treatment records reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
· Shift scheduling and coverage, including callout response and overtime control
· Audit and licensing readiness
· Intake and discharge coordination with placing workers, caseworkers, and referral sources
· Onboarding and training support for new staff
· Serving as a point of contact for state partners on day-to-day program matters
· Direct support to the Program Director on program operations and reporting
What we're looking for
· 21 or older (OKDHS licensing requirement)
· Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, human services, or a related field; equivalent experience in residential, juvenile justice, or child welfare settings considered
· Experience in residential treatment, detention, case management, child welfare, or juvenile justice strongly preferred
· Demonstrated ability to keep documentation accurate and on deadline in a regulated environment
· Working knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting obligations, and trauma-informed care
· Organized, dependable, and comfortable holding others to a standard
· Sound judgment under pressure is a treatment environment, and the schedule doesn't always cooperate
Physical requirements
· Stand and walk for extended periods, including time on the unit
· Safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently; over that with assistance
· Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed to support daily activities and ensure resident safety
