What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Engineer position at OKAYA INFOCOM?
• Ability to update CAD, CREO, Pro-E files where applicable.
• Coordinate, prepare, and help execute DOE's per the Matrix output.
• Coordinate targeted operational deficiency data gathering per field follow schedule.
• Identify Tooling updates where applicable to Industry best practices and technology.
• Support and implement CNC operational updates and Material Clean Up initiatives.
• Support and help implement process improvements.
• Support on Kaizen and other initiatives and target Shop-floor practice updates.
• Review and Identify Fixturing set up deficiencies where applicable.
• Review and capture In-Process Validation Steps being utilized and identify cycle time's associated.
• Provide process improvements concepts to the In-Process Validation Steps with current technologies.
• Communicate and coordinate with L&T offshore, L&T SME, and various Clients
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience is required developing programs and machining products.
• Coordinate project workflow with client engineers and managements teams.
• Scope out new work feasibility and integrations.
• B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, quality, or Production and Manufacturing Operations in a Automotive or related industry.
• Experience with AIAG, and ISO 9001 Standards
• Ability to support the development and execution of continues improvement initiatives.
• Has practical knowledge in CNC Machining on HAAS, DMG, Mazak
• Has programmed with Master CAM and NC Coding on 5 and 6 axis CNC machining centers.
• Is a self-starter and can execute assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Travel up to 25%
• Ability to program Siemens NX Code (Unigraphics), Master CAM, Top Solid
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Capability to work in teams.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
• CAD, CREO, or Pro-E proficiency.
