Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker, located in Miami, Florida. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including lease negotiations, tenant representation, sales, and brokerage activities. The role involves maintaining a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, engaging with clients, and ensuring successful property transactions.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
- Proven experience in Brokerage and Sales
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in the Chicago commercial real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Valid real estate broker's license
