What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to meet their needs, build relationships, and drive business growth.

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Contact customers to generate sales and increase profitability
• Complete sales call reports and track customer interactions
• Support outside sales efforts and promote company products
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to improve service and efficiency
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions
• Follow all company procedures and maintain accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of sales, service writing, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable adapting to new strategies and sales approaches
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems
