What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll drive growth by building strong customer relationships and expanding business across multiple product and service lines.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Grow business across tires, service, mechanical work, and related product lines
• Create and execute individual sales plans
• Track customer interactions and activity in CRM systems
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Collaborate with service teams to meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate work orders, billing, and documentation
• Present solutions and value-based offerings to differentiate OK Tire
• Assist customers with financing options when applicable
• Complete required paperwork for national accounts and fleet services
• Participate in training and company events to stay current on products and sales strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stay active throughout the day
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Service writing or industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working both on the road and with internal teams
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
