1st Shift: Further Process Plant

Dept. 403 - Stack Off

Shift Time: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $ 16.50 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Bring pallets to line; Verify pallet is in good condition and meets company requirements; Apply pallet sheet as applicable; Stack cases of product on pallet to meet customer and/or company specification; Tape any cases that were not taped during normal process; Assist Manifestor with labels on cases as needed; Verify all cases of product have appropriate labels; Wrap Full Pallets; Uses a hand or power jack to move product away from the line after proper PIE training as required and based on production needs; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
