Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaper to join our team at Ojo Spa Resorts. As a key member of our grounds maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the natural beauty and physical appeal of our resort through organic and sustainable landscape practices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in landscaping projects as directed by the Landscape Manager, including pruning, trimming, mulching, weeding, seeding, transplanting, fertilizing, and irrigation design and installation.
- Maintain pathways, water channels, and other outdoor features, as well as repair and upkeep of stone work.
- Operate standard landscaping equipment, tractors, and perform various tasks such as watering, deadheading, shoveling, raking, sweeping, composting, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with knowledge of organic and sustainable practices.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and effectively communicate with team members.
- Excellent physical stamina, agility, and dexterity, with good body mechanics.
- Dependability, reliability, and trustworthiness, with a strong commitment to following instructions and maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
