Job Summary:
Work where guests come to rest and reset. Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in a peaceful, high-desert setting.
You will oversee room cleanliness, staff performance, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, casitas, and public spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong opportunity to build supervisory experience in a destination resort known for wellness and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support housekeeping and laundry operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed based on occupancy
- Maintain cleaning schedules and department organization
- Submit maintenance work orders and follow up
- Manage inventory of linens and supplies
- Prepare weekly staff schedules
- Update room status in property systems
- Respond quickly to guest requests and service needs
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and operational standards are followed
Schedule & Season:
- Seasonal or temporary role based on business demand
- Full-time hours, varies with occupancy
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in hotel or resort
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout large property
- Valid driver capability for golf cart use
- Flexible schedule, weekends required
