This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Training located at Ojai Valley Inn in Ojai, CA. The Director of Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to support employee growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, delivering training sessions, managing training budgets, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. There will be collaboration with various departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Training design
• Strong skills in Training & Development and delivering Employee Training programs
• Experience with planning, managing, and evaluating budgets related to training initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
