πΌ The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, executing outbound campaigns, generating qualified meetings, and helping build pipeline across a targeted account base.
You'll work across phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach while learning how account-based sales motions are developed and scaled. You'll also gain exposure to messaging, campaign testing, prospect research, and broader go-to-market initiatives.
This is a hands-on outbound role with significant opportunity to learn, develop, and progress.
π Key Responsibilities
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Create personalised outreach to engage prospective customers
- Book qualified meetings for the wider sales team
- Execute outbound campaigns and test messaging approaches
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data
- Track activity and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership on account strategy and prospecting initiatives
- Contribute ideas that improve outreach effectiveness and pipeline generation
π What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience within a technology company
- Experience conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Experience using modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms
- Interest in technology and the ability to understand technical products
- Experience researching accounts and identifying target prospects
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other analytical degree backgrounds are advantageous

- $100,000 base salary
- $200,000 OTE
