What will you be doing?

Corporate Communications

• Develop and execute corporate communications across the Group and its companies, ensuring consistency in messaging and corporate positioning.
• Prepare corporate announcements, news, presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Communicate key corporate milestones, achievements, initiatives, and company updates across relevant channels while coordinating with internal stakeholders to have comprehensive stories and updates.
  
  

Digital & Corporate Presence

• Own and manage the Group's corporate digital channels, including corporate websites, social media platforms, and other relevant communication platforms.
• Own and maintain digital content calendars, ensuring timely, consistent, and relevant publication across corporate channels.
• Develop, curate, and publish engaging digital content aligned with the Group's brand, positioning, and communication priorities.
• Monitor digital channel performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve content quality, reach, and effectiveness.
  
  

CSR & Corporate Events Communication

• Lead the communication and promotion of CSR initiatives and corporate events across the Group's digital and corporate communication platforms.
• Develop engaging digital content, including posts, stories, visuals, and announcements, to showcase CSR activities, community initiatives, and their impact.
  
  

Sustainability & Corporate Impact

• Develop sustainability and corporate-impact stories, presentations, and communication materials that effectively showcase the Group's initiatives and achievements.
• Support the communication of sustainability milestones, achievements, and relevant impact metrics across appropriate corporate and digital channels
  
  

AI & Innovation

• Leverage AI and emerging digital tools to enhance content creation, research, planning, and communication workflows, while staying informed about relevant trends in corporate communications, digital media, CSR, and sustainability
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or any related field from a reputable university
• Previous Internships or relevant project experiences would be an advantage
• Good usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva AI, or similar platforms
• High adaptability and flexibility to manage different industries and audiences
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management
• Proactive and ability to generate ideas
