Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise messages tailored to different audiences.
- Experience in internal communications and corporate communications, with a track record of supporting organizational initiatives through effective messaging.
- Proficiency in strategic communications, including planning, channel selection, and message alignment with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, including designing or supporting programs that build connection, morale, and culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams, including senior leaders and HR partners.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities across digital and live communication formats (email, intranet, presentations, events).
- Comfort using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., intranet platforms, newsletters, video conferencing, presentation software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in a global or multi-site environment and familiarity with change management communications is a plus.
