Position: Nursing Assistant in Training
Location: Middlefield, Huntsburg, Newbury
Job Description:
We hire Nurse Aides in Training and pay them to work and go through classes on-site to obtain their Ohio CNA certification. We cover all costs associated with obtaining your CNA and pay you while you complete the program and work with us as you build skills. Trainees are part-time or full-time employees who work on-site during the program.
This is a great opportunity for high school students interested in pursuing a nursing career. We’ve built partnerships with several local schools whose students have successfully completed the program.
Upon completion of our Nursing Assistant in Training program and successful certification, you’ll be eligible for hire as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Ohman Family Living. We're committed to providing an exceptional work environment and fostering growth for our employees.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: Starting at $15–$23 per hour, with an increase upon certification as a CNA
- Shift Options: Full-time and part-time flexible shifts available
