Schedule: Full Time, Part Time | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available
Setting: Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation
Ohman Family Living, a family-owned senior care organization with over 60 years of continuous ownership, is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our skilled nursing and long term care communities. Immediate openings across all shifts.
What you'll do:
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor resident health and report changes to the RN or physician
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long term care setting
- Supervise and support CNAs/STNAs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license, State of Ohio
- Strong clinical and medication administration skills
- Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, rehab, hospital, or nursing home settings preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
