- Provide patient care in a primary scrub role during surgeries
- Assist with technical responsibilities in operative procedures
- Ensure instruments and supplies are available and functional
- Administer medications accurately within sterile fields
- Support the operative team and follow patient handoff protocols
- Participate in quality improvement and self-development initiatives
- Licensed Practical Nurse with IV certification
- BLS certification
- Completion of an accredited nursing program or current enrollment in one
