Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and courtesy.
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
- Monitor hotel management systems to track reservations, room assignments, and guest preferences accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction.
