At OHM Fitness Happy Valley, we’re redefining what’s possible with fitness. In just 25 minutes, our members get the results of a 2.5-hour workout — without the joint strain, burnout, or guesswork. We’re the first group fitness experience powered by full-body EMS technology, and we’re looking for a full-time Studio Manager to lead our team, inspire our OHMies, and keep the energy electric every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations of our high-energy studio, ensuring every member experience is exceptional
- Drive membership sales through community engagement, lead follow-up, and in-studio events
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of coaches and front desk staff
- Maintain the OHM brand standard in service, cleanliness, and culture
- Build relationships with members — know their names, know their “why”
- Report on sales, retention, and studio performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in fitness studio management
- Strong sales background with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Ability to lead a team with energy, empathy, and accountability
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping people transform their lives
- Comfortable learning and explaining EMS technology (we’ll teach you the science — you bring the enthusiasm)
- Proficiency with CRM and POS systems
- Certification as a Personal Trainer or EMS Coach
- CPR/AED certification
