We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Membership Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our fitness studio, including generating leads, opening and closing the location, managing the flow of members, managing the schedule and class bookings, checking guests in and out, educating our guests on Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) workouts, selling memberships and packages, and maintaining and nurturing leads.

Membership Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Open and close the studio location.
- Creatively generate leads to keep new guests trying classes.
- Assist with marketing and promotional events, promote our services, and attract new clients to our studio.
- Sell memberships and packages to promote the benefits of our services and ensure that guests are informed about our pricing and plans.
- Maintain and nurture leads, follow up with potential members, and ensure that they have all the information they need to make an informed decision about our services.
- Manage the flow of members, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and timely service.
- Check guests in and out, ensure that all paperwork and billing are handled accurately, and efficiently.
- Educate our guests on the functional movement training that we offer and our EMS workouts, explaining the benefits and features of our fitness program.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Sales experience, with the ability to promote and sell memberships and packages.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a strong commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
