The Opportunity We are seeking experienced General Managers to lead high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for proven leaders who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across one or multiple restaurant locations within the airport
- Lead, coach, and develop management teams and hourly staff
- Drive results in labor management, cost of goods (COGS), average transaction value (ATV), and sales per enplanement (SPE)
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and union guidelines
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining brand standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Airport leadership, franchisors, and union representatives
- 3 years of experience as a General Manager or 2 years as a Multi-Unit Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or concessions
- Proven success managing high-volume operations ($3M annual sales)
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets, P&Ls, and labor forecasting
- Skilled in people development, accountability, and team culture
- Flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated airport environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security badging
