Ohly Americas, one of the largest manufacturers of food ingredients and retail store brands, has an immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance person at our production facility located in Boyceville, WI. This is a daytime position.
What You'll Do
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance to maintain a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Using your skills in welding (TIG), pneumatic controls, mechanical systems, and process automation.
- Maintaining facility equipment, structures, and grounds to ensure they meet our safety and operational standards.
- Includes maintaining steam generation and wastewater systems.
- Upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Essential Skills: A high school diploma or GED, trade school certificate, degree, or diploma in maintenance or related field, and a minimum of 1-3 years of maintenance or related experience are required.
- Key Qualifications: We are seeking a candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills who can communicate effectively.
- Desired Knowledge: Experience with TIG welding, PLC logic, motor control, and process device control is highly desirable.
- Preferred Background: Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
