SUMMARY:
The Slot Technician II promotes a positive customer experience by repairing and monitoring the performance of the slot machines to ensure the games are operational. Assist guests and associates in resolving immediate problems such as bill jams, tilts, jackpots, player tracking on-line problems, and replaces parts in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established policies, procedures, regulations, and ordinances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and TASKS include the following and are to be performed within the company’s policies and procedures. Additional duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for up keeping of all slot machines (i.e., maintenance and cleaning)
- Responsible for manuals, and upkeep of took carts needed to perform job.
- Keeping abreast of all new repair methods and training’s available.
- Maintain good record filing systems of maintenance performed on machines.
- Performing machine payouts and jackpots.
- Responsible for Gaming Devise Machine Entry Authorization Log, Gaming Device Access key, Gaming Device Drop Key (escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned), Gaming Device Bill Validator Key (Escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned).
- Perform slot machine setup/configuration as required.
- Required to utilize installation check list for new machine install and changes.
- Maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, and local gaming regulations in addition to the delivering of exceptional guest service to all internal and external guests.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and member information and pertinent casino data.
- Always maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
- Compliance with punctuality and attendance policies required.
- Working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
Reports To: Director of Gaming
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have good applicable math skills.
- Mus exercise good judgment.
- Must be proactive in identifying and resolving all issues
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required OOGC License.
- Must be a US citizen or provide documentation to work in the US.

- Knowledge and implementation of customer service principles, techniques, systems, and standards.
