What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Intake Nurse position at Ohioans Home Healthcare?
Location: Perrysburg, OH
As an Intake Nurse with Ohioans Home Healthcare, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical quality within the Intake Department, focusing on the clinical aspect of referrals, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, and education in the Intake team.
Strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task. This position requires to be on the phone a majority of the day therefore excellent phone etiquette is a must.

Requirements
- This position is an in-office position located at our corporate office in Perrysburg, OH
- Current OH licensure as an RN/LPN, open to getting MI license
- The schedule is Thursday and Friday working 8:00am-8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Capability to accurately manage detailed information
- Ability to deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations, CHAP standards, and private payer practices
- Strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task.
