Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking an Episode Management Nurse!
Are you a detail-oriented RN who enjoys making an impact behind the scenes? Ohioans Home Healthcare is looking for an Episode Management Nurse to join our team! Requirements
- Live in-house training in our Perrysburg Corporate and Dayton Area office
- No on-call
- RN with one year OASIS or MDS experience preferred
- Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and willing to get license in Michigan
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills, nursing skills per competency checklist
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision, as well as good organizational skills
