Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business, operations, IT, and finance to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and regularly to team members and stakeholders.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Foster continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating process enhancements into future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification preferred.
- 3–7 years of project management experience, ideally in a business, operations, or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.
