What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Store Lead (landscaping supply industry) position at Ohio Mulch Supply, Inc.?
We are in search of a Retail Store Lead who is Authentic, Passionate and Inspiring, one that will provide our customers with an Awesome in store experience that matches the quality of the products we provide.
The successful candidate must be able to identify existing and future customer needs by establishing a professional rapport with our current and potential customers. Our candidate needs to assure product availability at the store level throughout the year coupled while formulating in store policies by reviewing sales transactions that include sales trends and unauthorized discounting. We take pride in the safety and cleanliness of our operation , therefore the selected candidate must assure that our Retail Locations stay safe and clean to protect not only our employees but our customers as well while reinforcing a memorable purchase experience.
Qualifications include:
- We are looking for people who enjoy working with people and being outside.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience operating a bobcat and forklift is a plus.
