POSTED ON 5/14/2026

Are you the kind of HR professional people turn to when it matters most? Do you thrive at the intersection of leadership, compliance, and meaningful human connection? We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist who doesn’t just manage processes—but shapes culture, strengthens leaders, and protects the associate experience.

In this highly visible, onsite role supporting both office and manufacturing environments across multiple states, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and associates alike. You’ll navigate complex workplace matters with confidence and care, ensuring every decision reflects both sound business judgment and our deeply rooted biblical values.

This is more than an HR role—it’s an opportunity to influence culture, champion fairness, and model integrity in every interaction.

As a faith-based organization rooted in biblical principles, we strive to reflect these values in our work, relationships, and decision-making. We expect all associates to learn, embrace, and actively model our core values through their actions, choices, and collaboration with others. This commitment is essential to sustaining our culture and achieving shared success.

This job description does not describe all the activities, duties, responsibilities, or physical demands that are required of the employee for this job.  Likewise, the work environment described is merely representative. Duties, responsibilities, activities, physical demands, and work environment may change at any time with or without notice.

What You’ll Do

Associate Relations & Leadership Partnership

  • You’ll be the go-to expert for workplace matters—balancing empathy with accountability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
  • Coach managers through performance challenges, documentation standards, and corrective actions in alignment with employment law and company policy.
  • Lead or support investigations, disciplinary discussions, and terminations with professionalism, consistency, and respect.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution conversations that restore trust and strengthen team dynamics.
  • Guide leaders through performance reviews, development planning, and coaching conversations.
  • Partner in talent acquisition efforts by participating in interviews and advising on candidate selection and behavioral assessment.
  • Reinforce HR best practices and cultivate a culture grounded in trust, clarity, and shared values.

Operational Excellence

  • You’ll bring both heart and strategy to day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and associate recognition initiatives that foster belonging from day one.
  • Collaborate with HR peers on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Leverage systems such as UKG and reporting tools like Power BI to analyze trends and inform leadership decisions.
  • Safeguard sensitive information with unwavering confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Take on additional HR initiatives as the organization evolves.

Who You Are

  • A relationship-driven professional who leads with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • A confident communicator who can influence leaders at all levels.
  • Emotionally intelligent, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Passionate about cultivating a respectful, faith-centered workplace culture.
  • Comfortable navigating both office and manufacturing environments.

What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in employee relations, leave management, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting both office and manufacturing teams preferred.
  • Exposure to self-insured health plans, JP Farley, and UKG (UltiPro) is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA and ADA.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
