This is a temporary, unclassified appointment not to exceed 1,000 hours; Hours may vary based on operational need.
What You Will Do
- Deliver items to all locations within District 4 (Ashtabula, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit & Trumbull Counties) and/or Columbus.
- Loads and unloads materials for district and statewide routes.
- Works in the stockroom to sort, stock, and distribute parts and supplies.
- Verifies incoming items and assists staff in obtaining correct parts.
- Maintains basic inventory and delivery records.
- Keeps assigned vehicles clean and in good working condition.
- Performs other duties as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license

- Formal education in arithmetic to include addition, subtraction, multiplication & division & in reading, writing & speaking English; valid driver's license. In accordance with Section 124.11(B)(2) of Revised Code, Director of Administrative Services has determined this classification to be unskilled labor class & therefore exempt from written examination.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
