What You Will Do…
- Plan & manage all operations (e.g., budgetary, fiscal, staffing, campground & cabin, facilities & equipment, safety, programming, etc.) of Salt Fork State Park.
- Establish park goals & priorities, preserving Ohio’s historical, cultural and natural resources.
- Serve as a direct supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service & manage stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate activities with other park districts, ODNR division/offices & outside entities.
- Starting hourly pay of $36.75/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 7.5 years of service, with an end salary of $52.27/hr.
- There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after (5) years of state service. For more details, refer to the Exempt pay range schedule & longevity rates.Exempt Employees E1 | Department of Administrative Services
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in natural resources management, parks & recreation management, facility management, hospitality management, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in natural resources management, parks & recreation management, facility management, hospitality management, business or public administration; 12 mos. supervisory exp.; valid driver’s license.
- Or completion of graduate core program in natural resources management, parks & recreation management, facility management, hospitality management, business or public administration; 12 mos. supervisory exp.; valid driver’s license.
- Or 12 mos. exp. as Park & Watercraft Manager 1, 22516; valid driver’s license.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

Salary : $37 - $52
