What You Will Do…
- Performs semi-skilled general labor &/or preventative maintenance functions of indoor/outdoor facilities, grounds &/or equipment;
- Assists higher-level staff with invasive species program on state & private lands;
- Applies chemical (e.g., herbicides & insecticides) under license of commercial applicator or limited commercial applicator, biological, & cultural controls to suppress forest pests;
- Provides general customer services &/or support for facilities & grounds.
- Starting hourly pay of $21.48/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service, with an end salary of $23.65/hr.
- There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service. For more details, refer to the OCSEA pay range schedule & longevity rates OCSEA Employees | Department of Administrative Services.
