The Parts Warehouse position will receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, pack and shipping orders, organizing, and retrieve stock in the warehouse.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds for up to two hours as a time. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch while lifting to 50 pounds. This job demands substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.

Summary
The Parts Warehouse position will receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, pack and shipping orders, organizing, and retrieve stock in the warehouse.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Assists with unloading, checking in, and putting away all parts. This includes organizing and locating new stock.
- Pulls parts and gets them ready to ship for will call, delivery drivers, UPS, and shuttle parts.
- Unloads sort and package brake shoe cores for return in the warehouse.
- Counts, writes up, and packages Paccar, CAT, and Cummins core returns.
- Handles all warranty needs, which include taking pictures, getting serial numbers, packaging, and shipping, and scraping out parts when needed.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
- Organizes warehouse and work area for consistent cleanliness.
- Assists in counting physical inventory.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment with experience in shipping and receiving.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must have good time management skills, be detail-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude while working individually or with a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required for internal and external customers to ensure the best experience is being provided.
