BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am.

What You’ll Be Doing
Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition, subtraction, multiplication, division & reading common English
vocabulary; valid driver's license if position requires operation of vehicle to pick up or deliver mail.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performs clerical tasks in support of policy processing teams, claims and Mailroom department
- Prepares employer and claims documents for imaging
- Operates State-owned vehicles (e.g., vans, passenger vehicles, and 26' box truck) in order to pick-up and deliver mail and packages to parties on and off-site
- Utilizes material handling equipment (e.g., dollies, flatbed carts)
- Retrieves mail from other State buildings and handles paperwork associated with completing deliveries
- Processes incoming and outgoing policy and claims mail
- Uses computer to verify policy coverage status of employer in order to locate policy files
- Receives, inspects and records new material, supplies and equipment for distribution throughout the agency
- Places asset tags on received items according to rules, policies and procedures
- Requires travel and ability to legally operate a state-owned vehicle
- Or 6 mos. exp. as Office Professional 1, 12141.
