BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, oversight, and execution of all fiscal and accounting operations in Cash Control
- Monitoring and maintaining internal controls and processes related to payment recording
- Serving as the primary liaison with the banking vendor to resolve deposit discrepancies
- Ensuring timely resolution of tasks triggered by dishonored payments for advance installment billings
- Assisting with the daily oversight and reconciliation of credit card and ACH transactions
- Month-end financial close, reconciliation, and reporting
- Or undergraduate core coursework in business administration, economics or computer science; 16 semester or 24 quarter hours in accounting; 18 mos. exp. in position involving accounting, billings, collections, payments or reimbursements with exp. commensurate with duties to be assigned; 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques.
- Or 6 mos. as Accountant/Examiner 4, 66114 with state government exp. commensurate with duties to be assigned.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
