What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Of HCBW Services position at OHI Inc?
The Manager of Home and Community Based Waiver Services (Manager of HCBW Services) shall preferably have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree an accredited four-year institution of higher learning with a specialization in psychology, behavioral health, social work, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, nursing or a closely related field and a minimum of five years of experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness and at least five years’ experience in leadership, supervision and administrative areas is required.
The Manager of HCBW Services must obtain and maintain the College of Direct Support certification as well as the Frontline Supervisor certification. The Manager of HCBW Services shall be medically cleared and fit tested for an N95 respirator and shall maintain required vaccinations and immunizations. The Manager of HCBW Services shall be an approved driver for OHI.
The Manager of HCBW Services shall have demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities; group facilitation experience and skills; experience in fiscal management; ability to work a flexible schedule; crisis prevention, intervention, and teaching experiences; and a valid Maine driver’s license and own vehicle.
